Ingredients
- 1-1/2 tsp. grated lemon zest
- 1 tsp. dried rosemary leaves, crushed
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. dried thyme leaves
- 1/4 tsp. coarse ground black pepper
- 2 large cloves garlic, minced
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients. Mix until well blended.
- Rub evenly over the surface of your favorite steaks for grilling.
