Ingredients
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 2 Tbsp. Dijon-style mustard
- 1 Tbsp. cracked mixed peppercorns or cracked black pepper
- 2 large cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp. salt
Instructions
- Combine all ingredient in small bowl.
- Apply to surface of uncooked steaks and ground beef patties just before grilling.
