Ingredients
- 2 (.87-Ounce) packages TURKEY GRAVY MIX
- 1/4 Cup all-purpose flour
- 2 Cups cold water
- 1/4 Cup dry white wine
- 1 Cup TURKEY PAN DRIPPINGS or TURKEY BROTH
- 1/4 Teaspoon garlic powder with parsley
- 1/4 Teaspoon dried thyme leaves
Instructions
- Combine gravy mix and flour in large saucepan over medium heat. Gradually stir in water and turkey drippings with wire whisk until smooth. Stir in garlic powder and Thyme.
- Stirring frequently, cook on medium-high heat until gravy comes to a boil.
- Immediately reduce heat to low; simmer 5 minutes or until thickened, stirring occasionally. (Gravy will continue to thicken upon standing.)
